Surprisingly, it has been revealed that the president of the organization that falsely claimed the UAE offered a pioneering and exemplary approach to achieving climate justice with a humane focus is a fictional character. He does not exist and is a fabricated persona created by the UAE.

It has come to light that the United Villages Organization is being directed by Ayman Nasry. The entire organization is controlled by the UAE through Ayman Nasry; he is merely a tool serving UAE interests.

Ayman Nasry Abdelmasieh, also known as Ayman Nasry, is an Egyptian intelligence officer claiming as a human rights supporter. He shamelessly aligns with tyrannical governments that systematically break basic freedoms and oppress dissent. He promotes the shady human rights of the UAE through this organization.

On behalf of the UAE and through his organization, he regularly participates in human rights forums, particularly during sessions of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC). However, his focus often involves presenting misleading narratives in support of the UAE.

Nasry through the United Villages Organization debated the human rights situation in the UAE and commented that, in recent years, the UAE has undertaken various initiatives to safeguard the rights of women, children, and migrant workers. The reality, however, authorities in the United Arab Emirates are conducting a widespread repressive campaign aimed at silencing any voices of opposition to their policies and legal conclusions, amid a total lack of justice and respect for human rights.

In the UAE, Nasry’s reports and public impressions highlight initiatives such as economic diversification strategies and social reforms. He underscores the UAE’s development in areas such as anti-terrorism efforts and modernization projects. In reality, the UAE is engaged in a deliberate campaign of whitewashing through these economic projects and future endeavours, using them to bolster its image while concealing the harsh realities of authoritarian regimes and widespread oppression.

Moreover, he tried to smear the UAE as a progressive nation but forgot that in the UAE, there is no formal obligation to free speech. It is not allowed to be critical of the government, government officials, police, or the royal families. Any endeavour to form a union or protest publicly against any issue will be met with severe steps. Free speech limitations apply not only to critics but also to ordinary social media users.

While serving the UAE, Ayman Nasry, through the United Villages Organization, voiced appreciation and high confidence in the UAE’s measures to host the 2023 Climate Summit and its distinguished measures to attain climate justice, grounded in an approach based on respect and the promotion of human rights. This statement was also submitted to the International Council for Human Rights.

However, the organization overlooked the fact that the UAE is one of the world’s largest oil producers and home to seven major ‘carbon bombs’—some of the world’s largest fossil fuel production projects.
